Black year-end gala save the date

A glamorous save the date

A save the date for a gala is a short online notice that tells guests the evening and the venue weeks or months before the formal invitation. For a company year-end event it secures a spot in busy December agendas. This design is almost black on black, with “SAVE THE DATE” in spaced capitals, the event name in a refined, high-contrast serif and the details in soft ivory.

It suits companies, associations and foundations that host a year-end dinner, award night or gala for staff and clients. Send it six to ten weeks ahead, since the season fills up fast. Guests open the link on their phone, add the evening to their work or personal calendar and can confirm early. The closing line “Black tie. Invitation to follow.” sets the dress code right away. Later you can send a full business invitation online in the same style.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can I send this save the date?

Within a few minutes. Fill in the event name, the date and the city, and share the link by email or in your internal channels.

What can guests do with it?

They can add the gala to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar with one tap and send an early reply through RSVP. All replies are collected in your dashboard. Read more about online RSVP.

Is a black card readable on every phone?

Yes. The ivory text on near-black gives strong contrast, and the heading and name are set large. On phones in dark mode the card blends in naturally.

Can I add our own heading or dress code?

Yes. You can change the heading, the closing line and the colors in the editor. The date and place are filled in from your details, and changes after sending appear on the same link. You can also share the venue location.

Is this save the date free?

Yes, the save the date is free to make and send. The full gala invitation with more features can be made later on Eventinfo.pro.
